Coordination Patterns™ colleagues are experts in their field who, with special training and work with Betsy Wetzig, have applied the Coordination Patterns™ to their work. The colleagues have the ability to spread the awareness and use of the Pattern's mind and movement link, especially the Pattern's greater understanding (the knowledge of the embodiment) of human endeavors and individual growth. They have enriched their own expertise with the use of the Coordination Patterns™ as a dynamic and fundamental tool.
Yes, Betsy is looking for people who are experts in their fields who would like to apply the patterns to their work. Contact Betsy via email by visiting this link.

Betsy has developed hundreds of exercises over the last 30 years of working with all types of people and Pattern applications. Many of the exercises can be done in different combinations of Pattern styles which magnifies their corrective effects. Registered Coordination Pattern Trainers for Pilates, InterPlay or body work will use exercises and physical practice specific to their discipline. Betsy has designed a basic physical practice for her Basic Workshops and will soon be creating a CD. In Betsy's private sessions she can teach and perhaps even design for you the specific exercises which will bring you the best and quickest results.
Can a workshop, class, or private training be specifically designed to meet my group or company's needs?
Yes Betsy Wetzig often designs workshops specifically for the needs of specific groups. For instance she designed a specific workshop for the AMTA Board of Pennsylvania on both massage/body work and leadership/communication.
Yes. The training exercises make your coordination whole and balanced. Such training releases and makes you aware of your use of the over-rides. More then that, many physical injuries and lack of ability are caused by the mental aspects of misused patterns. For more information please visit the Coordination Patterns™.
Yes. Misuse of the patterns can make stylistic access to a given intelligence or behavior extremely difficult. All of what people consider as mental abilities have support through kinesthetic intelligence and the Patterns. Over time freedom in the use of the Patterns will give you greater access to your skills and abilities.
A combination of both. Please read Move to Greatness: Focusing on the Four Essential Energies of a Whole and Balanced leader for a full explanation.
Betsy Wetzig or any Registered Coordination Patterns™ Trainer can administer the test. The test is also given in some Coordination Patterns™ Training workshops.
NO! Larry Constantine did some wonderful work on this subject.
